💳 Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment methods:- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard.
- Foreign: (bank card) payment
- Debit Cards: All major debit cards
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay (where available)
- Cash: Available for local orders in Baku, Sumqayit, Azerbaijan
- PAYMENT VIA TERMINAL / ANİPAY: Kassam.AZ, Million, E-Manat, ExpressPay
- TAKSIT Payment / Installment payment: When paying in Taksit/installments, the following offers are provided by the banks with which the www.passage.az cooperates:

Payment Security
All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store your complete credit card information. Your payment details are protected with industry-standard SSL encryption.
Currency
Prices are displayed in AZN (Azerbaijani Manat). International customers may see converted prices based on current exchange rates at checkout.
📦 Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping (Azerbaijan)
Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
Shipping Cost: Free to Baku and Sumgait only, regardless of order amount.
Coverage: We ship to regions of Azerbaijan including Baku, Sumqayit.
Processing Time
Since each wallet is handcrafted to order, please allow:
- In-stock items: 1-2 business days
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
📍 Order Tracking
Tracking Number: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery.
Track Your Order: You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Delivery Updates: You may receive SMS or email notifications about your delivery status (depending on the courier service).

Packaging
Your handcrafted leather goods will be carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each item is wrapped and placed in protective packaging suitable for shipping.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the shipping carrier.
Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
