- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging (if applicable)
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

- Items that show signs of use or wear
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

- Wait for confirmation - We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions

Return Shipping Costs
Customer responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Defective items: If you received a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with photos of the defect.

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds
